Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box or equivalent protective packaging, ensuring all tags and manuals are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or bring it into a Reid Cycles store.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
