How will my bike be delivered?

All bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat post. Basic tools and instructions are included with every purchase.

What is your return policy for bikes and gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. For bikes, they must not have been ridden outdoors and must be returned in the original shipping carton.

Do Reid Cycles come with a warranty?

Yes, we provide a lifetime warranty on all frames and rigid forks, plus a 2-year warranty on all Shimano components and other non-consumable parts.

How do I choose the correct frame size?

Each product page features a detailed size guide based on your height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and flexible financing options like Afterpay and Klarna to help you get on the road sooner.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
